If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site. The Site is operated by Florida Coastal Prep LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

All content on this Site, including but not limited to playbooks, practice plans, video walkthroughs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Florida Coastal Prep LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
  • Purchased digital products are licensed for your personal coaching use only and may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed.
  • You may print purchased materials for your own coaching reference and share concepts with your coaching staff, but you may not distribute the original files.

Digital Product Purchases

When you purchase digital products through our Site:

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact us at coachdeforest@gmail.com.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email coachdeforest@gmail.com for a full refund.
  • License: Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal and professional coaching use. This license is non-transferable.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to the Site

Our coaching materials are based on real-world coaching experience, but results may vary based on your team, players, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Coastal Prep LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms
