Coach Lee DeForest
Coach Lee DeForest has spent 25 years in basketball, serving as a coach, mentor, and innovator at the highest levels of the sport. Currently, he serves as Athletic Director and Director of Operations at Florida Coastal Prep, where he oversees a comprehensive basketball program dedicated to player development and college placement.
Throughout his career, Coach DeForest has coached at NCAA Division I, Division II, NAIA, and JUCO levels. He's developed numerous players who have gone on to compete at the college level, including successful placements at Missouri, DePaul, Houston Baptist, and SIU Edwardsville.
Beyond coaching on the court, Coach DeForest is a published author on basketball offense strategy and has created instructional DVD materials that have influenced coaches worldwide. His expertise in the Princeton Offense—a read-based, system-oriented approach to basketball—has earned him recognition as one of the sport's most innovative offensive minds.
